10 January 2019 at 01:54 PM In December 2018, the Equality and Human Rights Commission published results of an analysis of gender pay gap action plans. The sampling revealed that only 1 in 5 have produced a detailed plan to close the gender pay gap and only 11% had set themselves targets to measure progress. The analysis also revealed that only half of employers had produced an accompanying narrative report alongside their pay gap figures and those that had were often vague with little detail.
