New EHRC guidance on the Public Sector Equality Duty

In January 2013, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published technical guidance on the Public Sector Equality Duty. The guidance provides an authoritative and comprehensive explanation of how public bodies – both as employers and as providers of education– should comply with the duty.

It will be of interest to staff who need to understand the law in depth, or apply it in practice.
