Staff development and CPD

Now that enrolment has settled down for many organisations, staff are turning their attention to staff development and CPD opportunities.

I have updated my training courses in the light of the 2019 inspection framework and the very latest findings from Ofsted. I am or have worked with over 300 organisations across the length and breadth of England, many of whom are outstanding. This gives me the unique opportunity to share practice from the ‘best of the best’. It also allows me to raise awareness of pitfalls to avoid in relation to EDI and British values. My engaging and highly practical workshops are targeted at a range of different staff including teachers, workplace tutors, curriculum leads, business support staff, managers and governors.
